Since my weight has been rather steady lately, I decided to try some new workout activities. I recorded a few new programs & have used them, to varying successes… FitTv has two shows I like: Gilad’s Bodies in Motion & All Star Workouts, which is an hour program of all sorts of cardio.
I also, this week, started jumping rope. I can do 15 minutes (so long as I take random breaks to wheeze). OMG, when I was a little girl, I would jump rope for hours, all day on the weekends, without breaking a sweat. Now, I’m struggling & I can’t consecutively jump 30 times; try as I might to break 30, I trip at 29
Annoying. But, oh well! It *still* *is* *FUN*!!!
