Thankfully, my Morrissey moment has passed
Sometimes, I think, it is good to acknowledge our inner whiney child. Other times, it is good to kick its a**.
As for my Win a Trip to Paris Challenge — you know, the one where my hubby will take me to Paris next Christmas if I weigh 200 pounds or less by the end of Jan 4th?
I have 8 weeks left, & I’m down to 218. So, that means I must kick my weight loss plans into high gear!!! Any encouragement would be appreciated
Sorry, given recent airline restrictions, there likely won’t be enough room in my luggage to smuggle really supportive 3fc’ers ;-)

Good Luck!!! I would LOVE to go to Paris, thats on my next vacation when I graduate.
As for NM, they’re my first love, lol. Everything from Juicy to Prada, I’m a high price girl. Love Couture!
It must be fate b/c I’m sharing travel pictures w/my students today and several are of the Eiffel Tower. It has to be a sign, right??? You can do this, and if all else fails it would be worth chopping off an arm to get there
Seriously, though, 18 pounds is challenging but doable. You’re going to have to stay focused through the holidays but what an accomplishment when you achieve your goal.
Oh wow. You can do this. Focus. Focus. Focus. Very cool. Well worth it…
Good luck!! For me, when I want to see a little bit extra on the scale, I eat cabbage soup (only) for dinner. Also, I don’t recommend it, but a friend of mine skips dinner entirely 3 nights a week when she wants to ramp things up a bit!
And in the last week or two, there’s always the Master Cleanse!! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Master_Cleanse
Not necessarily a healthy or sustainable technique, but it could help you get to Paris!!
Shameful, I know. I can hear my feminist sisters scolding me already.
