1 hotdog (80) + 1 yogurt (113)
1 slice of bread (70) + 1 tbsp pate = 41
=> breakfast = 290 + 80+113+70+41 = 594
11am: 1 small mandarins (37)
3.30pm: 1 cup of mixed drinks **[200]
8pm: 1 porridge (145) + fish (211) + 1/8 cabbage (40) **
=> estimate = 594 + 37 + 200 + 145 + 211 + 40 = 1227

People asking me if 1200 calories is enough - but as you see, my normal calories intake to keep weight is 1680 so if i want to lose weight i need to eat around 1200-1300.
just so you know
10am: 1 porridge (145) + 1 hotdog 80 + 1 tbsp pate 41 = 266
2pm: 1 slice of bread = 70
1.5 tbsp honey = 100
1/3 cup of sliced strawberry = 18
=> 188
3.30pm: 2 sweets (216)
5pm: 1 cup of mixed drink = 180
—> 266+188+180 +216 = 850
8pm: 1 porridge (145) + 2 spring rolls (70×2 = 140) + others (150) = 435
=> estimate= 850 + 435 = 1285

target: 1200 calories
11am:
2 small bowl of beef and rice porridge = 145×2 = 290
2 cups of mixed drinks includes:
- 2 banana = 180
- 1 cup of sliced strawberry = 53
- 1 milk =118
- 1 yogurt = 118
- 1 tbsp honey = 64
=> 3 cups = 533 calories / 3 = 180 calories each
2 cups = 360
-> breakfast = 650
3pm: chocolate = 500 + 1 milk 118 = 618
7pm: 1/8 head [steamed] = 40
=> total: 650 + 618 + 40 = 1308 calories
*note: my vietnamese spring roll (4inch long) I think is about 50-80 calories each. Hm next time I make them gotta check the ingredient closely so I know how much is there that I am allowed to eat since i usually eat 4-7 items >”<

I totally pushed myself real hard. Like, right after I finished w8d2 of c25k, I start to do HIIT for 12 minutes (30 sec 60 sec) and then reversed crunches and bicycle crunches. Now I feel tired but at the same time good

so iv’e pretty much gained almost every lbs back. Haiz. I can’t blame anything since I look back and I saw that I ate alot of junk foods, sweets, etc…
Now then I have to get back myself to eating healthy again.
Tomorrow is a new day.
Today I swear is the last day I eat a lot of sweets and etc… >”< urgh.

w3d1 - i didn’t sweat much as week 2. Even though I have to jog 3 minutes straight. But I did good, and i think i can keep up with it. Maybe i’ll try week 4 the day after tomorrow. And if i couldn’t handle it, i’ll return to week 3.
