sunshine
Cats couple and I went to breakfast - it was swell.
Then we came over to my place to hang out for a bit before an open house and Mr. Cats helped me clear out the entire lanai! It was awesome, awesome, awesome. It would have taken me FOREVER to do this and I’m tellin’ ya - there’s nothing like getting rid of CRAP to make you feel like you are telling the universe LOUD and CLEAR -
LOOK- I’M READY TO GET OUT OF HERE!!!!
It was awesome.
The open house however was NOT.
Oh well.
Came home, finished off the lanai by sweeping it and cleaning the outside of those windows.
Now I’m sulking because it’s 11:00pm and I want another day off.
Oh well.
At least it was a sunny day and
my friends
made it
so
wonderful.

Yeah. I want another day off, too, but here I am, up and pecking away at the pc, slurping my coffee down, trying to wake up enough to get ready and drive myself into work. Ack! Sorry about the open house, but glad your lanai is clean. I always prefer for things to be clean. I just don’t always clean ‘em.
I am currently reviewing my list of friends, trying to cull out a few who might come over and help clean…hmmmm. Probably none; not unless I was desperately sick or something. Even then, they’d probably go the route of a fruit basket. You, Annie, are a lucky girl to hae such friends.:-)

I love getting rid of old clutter. It IS awesome. It’s possibly the awesomest thing ever. We gave away our old car on the weekend. It had probably been driven twice in the past 10 years and was quietly rusting into a heap. A bloke asked to buy it from us, he was going to do it up for his cousin, who lost everything in the bushfires. We gave it to him instead. Double kharma because the car gets a new life.
