I got inundated with referrals for an agent! I spoke to one of my co-workers who let me know that another co-worker just bought a condo in the City and loved his agent. Moments later, I spoke to him and he gave me her phone number. Then a few minutes later, another [...]
House hustle….
So it was an all day affair from 11:00-5pm. I saw 4 houses and drove by one more… The houses were a bit better this time around. Seems that I’ve got a little insight into the neighborhoods now… One house was alright but it looks like 25,000 worth of termite damage [...]
