Past midnight
Food: oatmeal, luna bar, 1/2 vietnamese chicken salad, Dinner: Korean bbq, sauteed spicy octopus, diet coke, tofu soup. A few wedges of laughing cow light - cuz I’m goddamn hungry again at friggin 12:42 am. Fuck it - I might have to eat another luna bar….

Confession: I sent my ‘friend’ a e-card (birthday) this morning. Yep. Let’s hope he doesn’t write back…. PLEASE don’t let him write back. Oh, that reminds me - I’ve got the dentist tomorrow morning for deep cleaning……brace myself.
No word from Snacks. Don’t know how I feel about that… but it’s not sad and that is ULTRA cool.

I dont feel inspired this morning. I feel fat. The scales went up a lb. I know that day to day changes are that big of a deal. I did have too much sodium yesterday, and I am bloated, but still.. ticks me off. Hopefully it goes back down tomorrow. BUT I am glad they inspired you. Hope you have a good day.

I will have to try these Luna bars…Good luck at the dentist, they scare the crap out of me, ask them to slip you a little of the gas, that always makes me feel better.
