Having a wobbly day.

Today is the first time I’ve really felt deprived. Not a headache or anything just a bit wobbly and lacking in energy. Different today? No cottage cheese at lunchtime, instead a chicken broth with konjac noodles. I’m going to make myself a milky coffee when I have written this as I believe in the power of skimmed milk to keep me healthy and sane during this first week.



Day 4

As well as making the decision to shift my weight this year, we are going through a reorganisation in work. Oh, and I’ve had my  house on the market for over 12 months and I look like I finally have a buyer. So no additional stress there!

Plan for today. Foo-saka for lunch (beef mince with oregano and mint and a touch of onion, sauce made from total yoghurt and an egg yolk, with some nutmeg in it) and a side order of chicken soup. For dinner is probably going to be ham omelette. Yesterday I had singapore no-dles which was chicken, prawn, two eggs, onion, some curry powder, garlic and ginger. It was actually quite nice but I think that was the deprivation talking.
