My heart breaks for the loss of my teenage dreams.

Good morning chickies it is a sad day patrick swayze is dancing his way to heaven and we are crying in our pillows for the loss of a beautilful man.  I must admit that Dirty Dancing is one of my fav movies.  I can recite the movie pretty much word for word.  I think that my friends and i have watched that movie hundreds of times.  I work with Mentally challenged adults and one lady loves the movie so my co worker and I have “acted out” some of the scences for her and she will laugh and laugh. 

Well I have gotten the girls off to school and hubby is away for a few days with work so it is a nice quiet house right now.  I have to work 4 to 10 tonight so I need to get a few things done this morning as the girls are going to be on their own for the evening and I don’t want to come home to a trashed house so the laundry needs to be folded and put away and I will make the lunches for tomorrow and get supper ready for them before I leave for work.   well i should run just wanted to blog trying to get into the habit of writing again.

  

Hello again!

Hello 3FC’s I am back once again.  It has been a long time and I have been living, loving and laughing.  It has been about 2 years since I have been here I have been keeping up with a few of you through facebook.  For those of you who don’t know me I am a 36 year old mother of 2 girls 9 and 14.  They are beautiful, challenging and my world.  I have been married for 10 years to a great guy who is supportive and wants to change our eating habits and work out more together. I work full time as Residential support for mentally challenged adults.  I joined a local soccer team this summer and even though I feel like I am going to die sometimes on the field and I do tend to pee myself at times during the game I love it.  We will continue to play through the winter once a week at a local high school gym.   I am an emotional eater and  as soon as I am told I can not eat something I want it and will not stop obsessing over it until I have it.  It is my plan to eat a variety of foods in the proper portions so I can enjoy all of the amazing foods this world has to offer an to incease my exercise I am going to aim for 3 30 minute sessions for the first 2 weeks and then I will look at inceasing the lenght of the exercise sessions and the number.  I look forward to taking this journey with you one step and one choice at a time.
