Angel Food (lowfat)

I’m a 30-something Southern gal who loves cooking, writing, poetry, photography, and a handsome pilot. From Sept 2004-March 2006 I lost 75 lbs. I’ve gained back 25 of those lbs from March 2006 until March 2007, when I was able to maintain my weight. Angel Food (lowfat) was begun in Sept 2007 as a chronicle of my journey back down the scale.
