Weekly Weigh-Ins

I began writing down my weekly “weigh-ins” that I did at home every Friday morning on February 8th,2008. I had began doing Weight Watchers on my own, at 230 lbs in October/07 but refused to buy a scale until i knew I was under 200lbs……I wanted to prove to myself that I was up for the challenge and truly serious about this weight loss before i caved and bought one!

    Girl, every time I look at your ticker and see how you started from 230, and how you’ve lost so much weight, it just makes me so proud! And it gives me so much hope too. My highest weight was 218 and now I’m wavering between 204 and 206, depending on the day, water weight, etc. I know I can do it… it’s just so HARD! Bleck!

    Still, you’re such an inspiration. I know this is my second post on this page, but what can I say. You motivate me, doll.
