so tired!

Short blog tonight—-so proud of myself..exercised for 6 days in a row!! tomorrow I’ll take a break from it and just relax!

Since beginning of Oct my weight has been 140-142…i’ve been asked a few times recently if i lost more weight…nope just toned!!!!!! must be all the zumba/ kickboxing etc..it truely is paying off! So as of Apr. 1 i will basically have maintained for 6mths..I’ve STILL recorded my weight every Friday morning since Jan or Feb of 2008..check out my page on it! I think it’s time to stop obsessively doing this recording lol…Once the 6mth mark comes thats it!

Tried Group Centergy at the gym tonight…combo of tai chi/ pilates and yoga…….Found the ab stuff so intense/hard! I’m more of a cardio girl. I really should go back and try it again but i don’t have a huge interest in it.

This past week’s workouts consisted of:

Saturday: Aqua aerobics

Sunday: Zumba

Monday: Aqua aerobics

Tuesday: Cardio Kickboxing

Wednesday: Zumba

Thursday: Group Centergy

Quite the different types of exercises which makes it more fun!

Alrighty have a great night…just home from grocery shopping :P.
