Had a good day food wise…….oatmeal…half cup of light hot chocolate for breaky….salad for lunch and a banana…today for afternoon snack with the children I had asked them all to bring in a piece of fruit and we had a huge amount of fruit to share amongst everyone……YAY finally healthy snacks…I brought in clementines and we had apples, grapes, pineapple, oranges and bananas…so I had lots of fruit as well :P..For supper I had ANOTHER salad with two pieces of crumbled turkey bacon on it….and a scrambled egg in a wrap with salsa..yes people I LIVE OFF OF EGGS! Just ate a Kelloggs rice krispie cookie and had another half cup of light hot chocolate!

I had to FORCE myself to go to aquafit tonight…I even wrote in the forums asking for someone to push me to go…….well I went and just my luck…Sunday night’s instructor was filling in for tonight’s :-(. I was SO disappointed…however I’m glad I got off my butt even if it means I only burned 20 calories :P..I just learned my lesson–call the gym and find out who’s teaching BEFORE the class! lol.

feelin so hungry lately!

Today I felt so hungry….like I couldn’t get enough food in me….I had oatmeal for breakfast….scrambled egg whites in a wrap with salsa for lunch plus an Activia yogurt and orange..apple for morning snack….I ate a banana and a small muffin in the afternoon…one of the ones I was serving the children….for supper I wanted something hot and good….made homemade chicken veggie soup…(chicken breast, Cambells soup broth, celery, potatoe, carrot, turnip and onion) a few crackers..and THEN i ate a bran muffin at a friend’s house..argh…carbssssssss crazy! My bf had some potatoe chips here in the house and I am picking at them…so not good :-(.

I went to aquafit last night and Mary the amazing instructor informed us that she will not be teaching for the whole month of December…I look forward to Monday night’s classes so much..however she said that the class will be still going ahead..and taught by another great instructor…if this girl is anything close to Sunday’s instructor I will NOT be happy..lol……….

I have aquafit again tomorrow night and I have to be on track tomorrow with my eating….I kind of don’t mind eating a little more lately because I’ve come to realize that my 20 pts do not suppy the recommended 1400 calories the daily plate says I should eat….I’m usually about 350 calories short AND if i exercise it says I could eat more

FINALLY!

This morning’s weigh-in….142.5…down 2lbs from Friday morning..perhaps because of damn ol TOM..god i HATE TOM…..I haven’t seen 142 now in um……..3 WEEKS! It’s about friggin time! Food has been great today…had an egg white omelette……two slices of ww bread..plain..:-(…….two clementines and one slice of chicken bacon…oh also half hot choc/coffee from tim’s…

I will not be going to aquafit tonight simply because the instructor doesn’t have a CLUE as to what she is at and I feel like I get nothing accomplished during her class..my heart rate doesn’t even budge…so I am going to get the bf to join me on a walk around a local park. I haven’t walked in months!

i.hate.halloween.

Question: why is it that EVERY single occasion humans celebrate it must involve FOOD?? For instance, Christmas, Thanksgiving, birthdays, Easter, and of course Halloween. We indulge in huge meals, endless amounts of snack and finger foods ( especially during Christmas ) just to celebrate…it’s crazy..it’s no wonder there are so many people overweight! It’s very difficult to avoid all the food that is around you so the best thing we can do is make healthier choices and not go overboard…right…just not that easy.

Yesterday I went severely overboard…I confess to you all……I work in a preschool…the children all came dressed up in their adorable and sometimes annoying costumes…I say annoying because some of them wanted to keep changing into their everyday clothing and back to their costume…also when they have to go to the washroom..Anyways the children brought in cupcakes/rice krispie cookies and a DQ ice cream cake( my absolute weakness that I haven’t had in about two years). So i fully indulged…I felt so sick and headachy last night it was insane! I think I am going to tell parents next year to only bring in healthy snacks such as fruit/veggie trays for the children…They honestly have ENOUGH sugar and junk that night of trick or treating.

I woke up at 11:10 am this morning…..aquafit at 12…I was like a maniac getting ready because I said after what i ate yesterday I am NOT missing today’s class.

Forgot to mention yesterday’s weighin…144.5 again……perhaps I’m maintaining..I think I’m fine with this weight…I mainly want to feel fit/toned.

730pm–Just home from “supper”. My so called supportive boyfriend INSISTED on going to a fish and chips place to get this special he loves….and he wanted us to go in and sit down..not get it to go because we live a while away from it and it would be cold/yucky……..he said all week he’s been eating “healthy” and that he wanted this for supper ( keep in mind we may be going to a restaurant tomorrow to celebrate our anniversary..and they have fish and chips there as well). We had a huge argument in the car because there is NOTHING there I could really get…anyways to shut him up I agreed to get a clubhouse sandwich with no fries ( I only ate 8pts all day) . I am just so pissed at him because if we go out tomorrow he will sit down and order fish and chips again..I just know it..luckily I can order a wrap or something healthy…argh…men! Sometimes I think he’s so great and supportive and then he does something like this! On a positive note he DID eat whatever I prepared since he’s been home..and no complaints.
