Had a good day food wise…….oatmeal…half cup of light hot chocolate for breaky….salad for lunch and a banana…today for afternoon snack with the children I had asked them all to bring in a piece of fruit and we had a huge amount of fruit to share amongst everyone……YAY finally healthy snacks…I brought in clementines and we had apples, grapes, pineapple, oranges and bananas…so I had lots of fruit as well :P..For supper I had ANOTHER salad with two pieces of crumbled turkey bacon on it….and a scrambled egg in a wrap with salsa..yes people I LIVE OFF OF EGGS! Just ate a Kelloggs rice krispie cookie and had another half cup of light hot chocolate!
I had to FORCE myself to go to aquafit tonight…I even wrote in the forums asking for someone to push me to go…….well I went and just my luck…Sunday night’s instructor was filling in for tonight’s :-(. I was SO disappointed…however I’m glad I got off my butt even if it means I only burned 20 calories :P..I just learned my lesson–call the gym and find out who’s teaching BEFORE the class! lol.
