So I felt a bit ravenous, but not hungry yesterday. For those of you who have gone lc, you know the symptoms of sugar withdrawl. Tired, irritable, wanting to eat something sugary and having a bit of a headache. It hasn’t been too far and it never lasts long with me as long as I don’t try to start Atkins before or during my period. Then everything is horrible. :( So, I’m down to 191 and I know its just water weight, but it still feels good. 5 pounds down, 55 to go to reach my final goal. My reward to myself for getting to 185 is going to be something awesome, I just haven’t decided what. Hmmm, I have $20 to spend on something extra this week. What should it be after I get the whole pounds lost?
