So far so good. I got up and ate breakfast
My Eggs
3 eggs
1/3 cup italian blend cheese
1 tbsp Pato Canned Salsa (red can)
1tsp chopped green chilis
salt and pepper to taste
I whisked the eggs and added the salsa, chilis, and salt and pepper and used the butter spray on the skillet on medium.
Make the eggs lie scambled ones
Plate eggs and top with cheese, then eat up. Yum.
I also made the shrimp and cauliflower again and it was tasty, but that is the last of my shrimp and I still have 5 pork chops left and I’ll eat them over the next 2 days.
