
So I don’t know how Korean women stay so thin. They work a lot and eat food high in calories and salt and I’ve not seen a lot of them exercising outside, maybe they always exercise in a gym. Anyway so I’ve been eating really unhealthily with cheesebread for breakfast, sunchips, oreos, hot chocolate, rice, and pasta. Now on the plus side, I take a 45-60 minute walk twice a day and drink a lot of water. Hmmm, so I’ve got to change my diet next week to something better for me.
Breakfast: Vegetable omelet
Lunch: I have to eat the lunch at the school and finish it off because of the kids. This means I’ll get smaller portions of everything and larger portions of the soup and salad and remember to drink water.
Dinner: Hmmm, dinner, I’ve not eater dinner this whole week because I’ve not been hungry. Bummer so I need to discover the best places to eat dinner out and what I can make while in.
