So 3 cups of hot chocolate?

Yep, I just had dinner and was seriously craving a Subway toasted sub with cheese and roast beef and some flavor of chips and Diet Coke.  That’s what I wanted.  What I had was some Turkey breast, romaine lettuce, creamy caesar dressing, and 3 cups of diet hot chocolate.  Hmm, it was good and satisfying, but I so should not have had the hot chocolate. That’s 18 carbs right there and 3 for the turkey since it was prepared and  2 for the dressing and 4 for the lettuce.  That makes dinner 27 carbs for dinner. Bummer.  Well tomorrow is another day and the plan for tomorrow is to be asleep tonight before midnight so I can wake up tomorrow in time to actually eat breakfast.

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 3 slices of canadian bacon, cheese, a little half n half mixed into the eggs, and salsa (6)

Lunch: Curried chicken breast (green) and mashed cauliflower(5)

Dinner: Curried chicken breast (green) and mashed cauliflower and a small salad with caesar dressing (10)

Snack if necessary- splenda’d bread and butter pickles (1)

Okay, so to do this plan, I should cook the chicken tonight. I’ll make enough to get me through to Friday.  The chicken will be chicken defrosted and covered with a mixture of the green curry, a little light coconut milk, mashed garlic, and soy sauce and baked.  I think that sounds good. Tomorrow I’ll make the cauliflower.

 I’m feeling much better now. This morning I took more pills in a day than I normally take in a week. I took Midol and a nasal decongestant. This is added to the Zyrtec of the night before. I really hope the zyrtec starts working soon because I do not need to come down with a serious case of the allergy doldrums right now.  Too much to do.
