My first Posting :)

Hi ya’ll I’ve decided to recommit to a healthy lifestyle since I’ve gained some weight and would really like to lose some of it before I move to Korea to teach English in a month.  I was looking on one of those Korean pop websites, soompi I think and found a diet that a lot of the already skinny girls were trying and it looks really healthy and effective to me, so I’ve going to try it out for the month.

Basically, you eat 4 times a day and before each ‘meal’, you eat 2 raw fruits or veggies and a drink some protein. You also drink green tea twice a day and 70 ounces of water.  Each ‘meal’ should contain 0-300 calories and you should eat every 3-4 hours.  You should also do 20 minutes of powerwalking with the diet.  So this I shall try to do. 

 I’m not off to the best start today. I had a plum, an apple, vanilla flavored whey protein in 10 ounces of water, and a whole grain tortilla with some On the Border brand salsa within.  Mmm, it’s all actually been pretty tasty, so wish me luch on continuing to eat well, I didn’t get the green tea or walking in this morning though since I overslpt. Bummer.

 So my current stats are

Bust: 38

Waist: 33!!!(Seriously, I’ve gained 2 inches in 2 months in the waist and only the waist.

Hips: 43

Weight?? Well, the digital scale told me I weighed 183, 190, and 204 this morning, I think it’s broken.  And here’s a pic of me hamming it up in a dress I  sewed on Saturday.  So wish me luck ya’ll, like please :)
