WHY?
Why am I doing this? What are my goals, my dreams? What should I think about when I need to renew my motivation?
- I’m doing this for my health
- I’m doing this for my poor knees, who need some relief if I want to avoid the knife some more
- I’m doing this for my self-esteem, because I hate feeling like I do when I think of myself like a huge blob of fat

- I’m doing this to be able to enjoy sports, adventures, the sun, the sea, not hiding away ashamed of my body
