WHY?

Why am I doing this? What are my goals, my dreams? What should I think about when I need to renew my motivation?

  • I’m doing this for my health
  • I’m doing this for my poor knees, who need some relief if I want to avoid the knife some more
  • I’m doing this for my self-esteem, because I hate feeling like I do when I think of myself like a huge blob of fat
  • I’m doing this to feel better next to my friends
  • I’m doing this to be more active
  • I’m doing this to look better, and be able to wear the clothes I now only dream about
  • I’m doing this to be proud of myself
  • I’m doing this to feel worthy of finding someone to love me
  • I’m doing this to be the beautiful lady I know is trapped somewhere inside me
  • I’m doing this to be able to enjoy sports, adventures, the sun, the sea, not hiding away ashamed of my body
  • I’m doing this to control some aspect of my life when I feel out of control
  • I’m doing this because I deserve to be a better myself
