		<description>thank you for your comment... so far it's not going great, I think I was so obsessed with my knee hurting that it felt more than it really did, and I spent the night tossing and turning trying to find a position where it didn't annoy me... all the time re-thinking about what the neighbor said. I must have been more upset than I realized. I hope to do better today!</description>

I really think that posting on the blog, reading the other blogs, reading the forum... everything is helping me a lot, it is a great encouragement and I really am starting to believe that having somewhere to write these things, somewhere that will be read by other people, is making me more responsible in my choices... The last time I lost some weight I used to keep a food diary on a file in my computer, but I was the only one reading it... I think this is better, and really helpful! Thank you for your comment!</description>
