		<description>Kudos on being able to do core exercises at all -- Mr. Neighbor is always after me to do them, and I am extremely... um... challenged.

It's one of the mysteries of the modern world why housekeeping is SUCH A PAIN. I feel about it just as you seem to... and yet my mother and grandmother kept immaculate houses without turning a hair, while owning a ton of what would today be called "clutter."</description>

If you search the ExRx site, there are dumbbell substitutions for pretty much everything the long bar can be used for. I've been working out with only dumbbells and a bench for years.</description>
