Sharing my Journey

Check out my me page before reading this.

I have decided to share my journey in hope of inspiring or helping at least one person.

I am currently at 235lbs and ready to change my life for good.

I SO HAVE TO CHANGE MY EATING HABITS. (I love sweets, all sweets especially ice cream)

I WILL MAKE TIME TO EXERCISE REGULARLY.

There will be days I will want to give up. There will be days I will cave and give into my sweet tooth. There will be days I feel all alone in this journey. There will be days when I doubt myself. BUT there will be more days that I don’t cave, feel alone, be proud of myself, and know that I can do this.

My plan for my journey is to count calories and drink lots of water. I will limit my calorie intake to 1200 to 1400 calories a day, and drink 80 to 100 ounces of water a day. I will be making healthy food choices, and working out regularly. My goal is to lose 105lbs and to be able to run. I mean really run. As a kid with a bad heart I have NEVER really ran. By Oct 2013 I want to be able to run a 5k with my sister in law.

Anyway, I’m not going to promise to post daily but I will update often. I will post my progress, daily struggles, diet, exercise, and of course photos. (even the really bad ones)
