The start of a new month

So I stepped on the scale to see how effective clean eating was.  And I’m proud to say I’m down to 164.8.  I’ll take it.  I can’t wait to get down to the 150s but at least its not going back up again.  Clean eating is probably the best thing to happen to me.  Its really made my life easier and better.  I’m still a little bummed that my eat-clean cookbook got lost in the mail or stolen off our porch.  Being a grad student I really can’t afford to buy another one. 

I’ve been doing a 5K training program and for the first time (I’ve been doing this on and off for over a year) I made it to week four.  I’m so excited to do day two of week four tonight.  Its a 9-week program so I’m half-way through.  Day three of week five is a little scary.  They want you to be able to jog 2 miles straight on that day.  But I know I can do it.
