Reflection

So my week of clean eating is up.  Technically if I wanted to I could go grab the first piece of cake that I saw and scarf it down.  But I don’t feel like it.  Funny, has this week of eating the way that we ideally should, changed my mindset?  I stepped on the scale and according to it I’ve lost 3 pounds since I started the clean eating thing.  Guess that’s just another reason to stick with it.

And that’s just what I plan on doing, I’m not going to be uber strict about it like I was this past week, but I am going to try and stick with it.

Here’s a list of benefits that I’ve seen:

  • Loss of 3 pounds
  • More energy
  • No stomach issues
  • Never hungry
  • Food tastes pretty darn good!
  • Don’t crave sweets as much

And that’s just a short list of things I’ve noticed.  I’m sure there other benefits that I’ll find further down the road.

Now its time to go back to the thesis.
