So yesterday I did the following:
- Calories: 1544
- Water: 10 Glasses
- Exercise: 1 hour 20 minutes
Overall I felt it was a good day. The scale was up a little this morning, but that may be due to my high intake of sodium yesterday. Today has been better and my sodium is about half of what it was yesterday. I got in a little bit more exercise today which means I was a little more hungry than normal so I may be over my calories today but I’d be okay with that. I’m just hoping that the scale starts to go in the right direction soon.

one day at a time jen, one day at at time and by the looks of it, you’re doing a great job with the activities and staying ontop of your food intake as well is so important, yet so difficult, so pat on the back for your awesomeness in being aware! its those choices that help with the shedding of pounds, keep up the awesome work, change is just around the corner!
