So yesterday I did the following:

Calories: 1544
Water: 10 Glasses
Exercise: 1 hour 20 minutes

Overall I felt it was a good day.  The scale was up a little this morning, but that may be due to my high intake of sodium yesterday.  Today has been better and my sodium is about half of what it was yesterday. [...]
