Hey, So I just finished my vegitarian chili and let me tell you it was AWESOME! So as promised here is the video for you to try it yourself:

A couple of things: I made a double batch so that I would have left overs for tomorrow. And I had a LOT left. but I’m happy about that. I also don’t know what adobo powder is so I just used onion powder and the other three spices. Also I used morning star “meal starters” for the ground beef and morning star italian sausage. And for the tomatoes I used Hunts because they have these really great flavored diced tomatoes I used the Chili ones and the ones with the diced peppers.

Veggie Chili and Maybe a Baby???

Ok so today is my third day of fat smash and I’m feeling pretty good about it. I’m planning on making this phase 1 chili tonight for dinner that I saw on Youtube… it looks really good I can’t wait to taste it. I’ll post the video here if it’s yummy.

Also, I think I COULD be pregnant. funny isn’t it, I just started losing weight and now I could possibly be having a baby. So I’m sort of half and half with what I should hope for because I’ve been wanting a baby for a while and my husband and I were going to start trying in October so it would just be a few months earlier but still…. I don’t know. It’s in God’s hands though and I trust him to give me what I need when I need it.

I was planning on auditioning for the biggest loser this Saturday in Dallas so I’m taking the test tomorrow night if AF still hasn’t arrived yet. I’m several days late but my body sometimes does odd things and I’ve never been super on schedule so…. I guess we’ll see.

Either way I’ll let yall know tomorrow night. and I’ll let ya know how the chili was tonight.

So yeah I flaked….

I was totally all about this blog when I started it but then I just lost the will to keep up with it. I also JUST started my diet this week.

I’m doing the fat smash diet and I’m on day 2. I really like this diet mostly because it’s simplistic and I don’t have to prepar a ton of meals every day… it’s just easy to grab some fruit and veggies and go.

When I did this diet last time I lost 10 lbs in phase 1 without exercise or anything so this time I’m hoping for the same. I’m also extending phase 1 to last a month! Big commitment I know but I think the results will be just what I need to stay motivated. So phase 1 will go until March 24th and then I’m going to do phase 2 for a month and then go back to phase 1…. and so on and so on.

I’m excited about this plan so we’ll see how it works.

As of today my weight is 281.5 and I plan to be 265 by the beginning of April. A little behind my schedule I laid out before but still pretty good I think.

I’m going to be a bridesmaid in my brothers wedding and my goal is to be no bigger than a size 14 for that. A huge goal but If I commit to my plan I think I can do it.

So my goal was to lose all this weight by October because it’s my 25th birthday and I want to look smokin’ hot for my 25th. But tonight I found out that my brother is planning on getting married in October! So yeah… just another reason.

I look at myself and I honestly can NOT believe I’ve let my body get this way. No I take that back… I can’t believe I let my MIND get this way. Because Lord knows if my mind had been right I would have stopped long before I even got to 200.

So this is my blog announcing to the world that I’m starting over! I’m done being the fat Brittany. I’m done being the lazy Brittany. I’m done being the “you would be so pretty if…” Brittany.

In the month of February I plan on losing 25 lbs. And just how may you ask am I going to do this?

Well for starters I’m going to go on a raw fruits and veggies only fast for the next month. I’m also going to cut out my favorite thing in the world. Diet Coke! I’m going to up my water intake by a ton and finally I’m going to workout… HARD! At least couple hours a day but maybe more.

soooo yeah. Also I’m going to weigh in every Sunday and have a final weigh in at the end of every month. I KNOW 25 lbs is a lot for one month but please don’t discourage me.
