TOTAL: 1650 calories
THe good: I’m eating.

The Bad: I ate chocolate in the morning b/c i was depressed over someone. lol, what the hell was I thinking?

B: 2 cereal bow + 1 noodle = 350 + 350

L: 1 salad + 1 burger = 250 + 200

D: 1 salad = 500

TOTAL: 1650

The good: um.. i was depressed over someone.. so, I kinda got sad. I guess it’s not really good then.

THe Bad: well, idk.. i didn’t study that much for my quiz.. kinda regret it.

The Good: Got my hw done.. went to the gym.. celebrated easter.. wow :) I’M ON A ROLL

The bad: OMG.. There’s really nothing. :) I’m proud of myself today :D haha. OH, i should have done a digital update.. but I’m not ready yet…

Total: 1800 calories

THe good: I did hw today :)

THe bad: damn it, I think I went over my calorie today.. but then, Idk what happen, I just can’t help it. It’s like I’m so hungry these days. I guess I have to watch what I eat now.. and yea.

The good: Um.. I ate within calories and I went to the gym.

THe Bad: I really need to start watching what I do and what I eat.

L: 1 salad + 1 cha-burger= 550 + 250

D: 1 bowl rice + 1 bowl of potatoe = 250 + 200

Gym: 40 min tredmil + stretching..= 472

TOtal: 1850 calories

The Good: well, i went to the gym today and did some hw.

The bad: damn it, I went over calories limit. I should not pack a sandwhich anymore. It leads to temtation!! :( Awww. But it’s okay, I ate a lot b/c yesterday, I work out like crazy to my metabolism is high right now.

NOO!! :(

I got my midterm result today for Biochemistry! T__T I landed right flat on the mean. I’m kinda depressed about it. But I already promised my mom I won’t cry. I know.. I’m very sensitive when it comes to grades.

i NEED TO WORK HARD AND PULL MY GRADES UP!!

OH!, But i did go to the gym yesterday! :) However, I um.. bought this big cup of mocha cappacino today that was like.. 300 calories per cup!?!? Yea.. it’s bad, but it’s so good. ANd.. i feel that i deserved it because well… i did work hard for my midterm. It didn’t come out as what I expected but I’m not going to give up. I treat myself out, now I really need to focus!

Also, let me recount for yesterday calories:

2/19/12

B: 1 bread + 1/2 grape fruits + 1 bowl cereal = 300

L: 1 bowl rice + 1 bowl soup + 1 bowl cereal + 1/2 bread = 500

Costco: 200

Dinner: Meat Salad + 1/2 bowl rice = 450 + 200

Total: 1650? calories

I guess it’s not that bad. okay. Yea.

1/21/12 = 1470 calories (…I drank a lot of water & ate a lot of fruits.. my parents were busy working.. and too lazy to cook.)

1/22/12

B: Soup (200) + bread (100)

Lunch: 1 bowl rice (250) + 1 soup (200) + 1 bread (100)

Dinner: 1 bowl rice (250) + Fish (50) + Soup (200) + Pork (200)

Exercise: none :(

Total: 1500s

The good: I’m very happy with myself. Not because I ate on calories.. not because I’m taking care of myself.

But I have finally come to terms with myself. I am happy because I am myself. I am happy and greatful for my parents. :D

I have been suffering from some drama in my life. I think it’s miserable and it make me sad. But then I realized.. well, life is always through shit at you. AND you’ll just have to stand up and fix it.. and live with it and make it better for yourself. And.. at the end of the day, love yourself for who you are.

Sometime.. you got to spend a little time to appreciate yourself! :D

(I know.. this post is kinda wierd.. it doesn’t make sense..)

Exercise: 2 walking miles (no sweating)

THe good: I exercise today! :D It wasn’t like anything extreme but it was a good start. I walk around my school 2x.. and that equal of to 2 hours. However, I need to prepared for gym clothes next time if i go walking… since speed walking in old jeans is just painful on my feet.

Also, I discover a new way to study. Instead of going home at 6pm everyday, I think I’m going to stay back in my library and study. I think this is a lot more effect for me since I get more times to study.. and not wandering on facebook. I feel I can concentrate more. At home.. i often get distracted from my studies.

Well, this morning, 1/20/12.. I already feel the sore from my butt and part of my thigh from the 2 mile walk.. it wasn’t even that extreme. -__- .. my body is getting rusty..and I’m so glad I am back on track to exercising! :D

THe good: Not bad. I’m happy with my eating schedule today. Though, I could have eat more fruits.. but i didn’t feel so hungry at the moment. Since.. i was just drinking water like crazy. My body is still recovering from hives.. so my face overheat often.. so i drink water a lot.

..ALso, I feel so happy today! :) I feel a lot slimmer than usual. I tried on my old PJ today.. and I fit through it with ease. AMAZING! :D But, then again, I don’t think i’m loseing weight.. but more like losing muscle mass b/c i haven’t excercise in so long. But, still, i enjoy wearing my old pj again!

The bad: I didn’t exercise.. but today was too busy. I need to do hw.. I can never get anything done at home! Terrible! =[ I will need to make this up tomorrow!

BTW: I’m excerising tomorrow! :)

The Total: Not bad :)
