Well.. I’m kinda down today. My phone broke a few week ago.. and i went to get it fix..
and the store couldn’t fix my phone. So now.. I lost everything on it. My music, my pictures, and most importantly, my contacts. What a bummer. 🙁 But it’s okay, at least i got a back up.
SO, Healthy living:
I haven’t been posting as much recently because I have been away. I needed sometime alone and really reflect back on my emotion. I’m not depressed about life or anything, but as I grow older, I begin feeling wierd… or out of place. Many of my friend said it is just a “phase”, and it will go away. I hope it goes away soon.
As for healthy living: i think I have been eating normal lately. I’m not going over or under my calories. I keep myself full and drink at least 8 cup of water a day 🙂
Yea.. oh and the picture above.. isn’t she pretty? 😀 I got it off tumblr and it seem like a beauitful outfit to wear. I also really like the body poster of this girl. Well.. this picture inspired me to get off my butt and start excerising again. It’s hard b/c i got school, but then again, i always have school, so I’ll just have to learn how to manage it.
I’m really tired of being around the 125s. I really want to reach my goal and get under 120s! I’ll be happy just for a 119. Desperate. lol xD I feel like I’m not making any progress. So, I’m going to try and change my schedule again.. and adapt a different method to solving this problem.
I’m planning to walk 1 mile every other day. Is this too much? Well, I remember it use to work for me.. so, I’m going to try it out this quarter.. starting tomrrow! 🙂
