So.. I haven’t been recording my eating habits lately or kept track of my calories.. but this is my estimation
8/25/11 = 1700s ..but I WENT TO THE GYM! 🙂
Breakfast: 2 slice of bread + cha = 300
Lunch: 1 bowl of BUN = 400
DINNER= 1 slice bread + 1 bowl of rice + 2 slice fish + 1 bowl soup = 90 + 250 + 200 + 100
exercise: GYM! 🙂
Dessert: 1 cup of che = 200
Breakfast: 1/2 ban bao + 1 bowl of cereal + 1 corn= 150 + 150 + 110
LUnch: 2 slice of bread + 2 fish + 1 cup of yogurt + strawberry = 100+ 200 + 200
DInner: 1 chicken thigh + 1 bowl of soup + 1 slice of bread = 400 + 150 = 90
TOTAL: 1550 calories
The good: Um.. I’m eating right w/ 3 serving of fruits 🙂
THe bad: I know i am have been neglecting this website for a while. But, i’m slowly gaining momentum once school is about to start and I’m focusing more on my education so I am back here more often. Other than that, i’m so addicted to youtube! >.< OMG.. i know i’m bad. But.. i’m trying to bring moderation! 🙂 and.. balance! So far.. it’s not easy. But i’m trying. I wil be back with stronger force!
I am going to hang out with my friends, and we are eating Korean food today! 😀 YAY!

The Good: Discover balance
The Bad: I need catchin up with school work. 🙁 …I’m still trying to learn how to balance.
I think I have found my balance. Or.. at least I am trying to discover it.
This summer, I have been through many ups and down. And I really learn something from it.
At first, I thought that with eliminated time, it wasn’t hard to get a A in a class. However, this theory was wrong, I realized that “time” can be a friend or an enemy. I realize that during the first part of my summer, I had too much time on my hand, so I use those time to play games and study. But eventually, I got addicted to games.
So, “too much time” = can be a bad thing. So, I had to do something with my time. Thus, I started reading books, going to the gyms, setting academic goals for myself. And lastly.. I would like to take up a hobby.
I want to learn piano again. Its a skill I want to keep throughout life, and play myself a nice song on those days that I feel like listening to music.
And also, I want to try video animation again. I always like animation as a little kid. It was a useful skill that I had picked up after quitting maplestory a few years back. Surprisingly, learning how to edit video has gotten me to many places I never realized I would ended up. Even though, video editing has nothing to do with medicine. It has gotten me a leadership position in high school, and then that leadership position provided me the opportunity to joining the UCI premed summer program. And before I know it, I became invovled in the healthy communities and had met many doctors and gained many mentors. All that through …video editing? haha 🙂 It really do takes me places.
So, to balance out my summer time, and using it productively. I wanted to pick up these skills again. I feel that I owe myself something to do on my free time that I can enjoy. Gaming is no longer an option for me, so I trying to find an alternative. Healthy Living is about balance. And just as I learn to manage to balance my meal, and (hopefully) my weight, I need to start to learn how to balance my life. So, I can be happy and still do the things I love. (studying, spending time with parents & friends, and enjoy the events that comes my way :] )

Lunch: 1 bowl of salad (w/ every topping you can think of…) =500 calories (the best salad ever! Totally worth it! :])
Dinner: 1 bowl of rice + 1 ban bao + 1 slice of bread + 100 fish= 300 + 250 + 90 + 100
Total Calories: 1590 calories
Breakfast: 1/2 cup yogurt + 1/2 cup strawberry + 1 ban bao + 1 bowl cereal = 150+ 150+ 300
Lunch: 2 slice of bread + 1/2 fish + 1/2 ham = 180+ 150
Dinner: 1 bowl of rice + 1/2 bow of beef + 1/2 fish = 250 + 200 + 100
Dessert: 1 apple + 1 cup of cherry + 1 cup of grapes
Exercise: 30 minute eliptical + 10 minutes stairs = 300 + 114 = 414 caloires!
Total Calories = 1484 calories
THe Good: I got a new camera! 🙂 I love it so much!! The picture and video quality that this baby can produce is absolutely the best right now in the market for its price! It’s a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX9V!! (I’m kinda geeky when it come to technology! 😀 I simply love it!) But no matter what, when it comes to photo quality, I am still loyal to my #1 baby..my one and only Canon REBEL XS! 🙂 That’s the camera I use to do all of my Photoshoot! 😀
THe BAD: MY midterm is coming.. that mean its time to buckle down and prepare for the midterm.
