Healthy Living Daily Records: 7/5/11

Okay.. today, I celebrated “late” 4th of July with my parents! :) We went out to this very nice chinese resturant to dine. They ordered a lot of food.. and some where extremely oily, especially the lobsters! However, I still enjoy the meal with my parents. :) They always make my day. Hahah, however.. the calories are stacking up.

B: 1 bowl Cereal + 1/2 sandwhich = 200

BS: 1/2 sandwhich + fruits = 150

Lunch: 1 bowl of rice + 1 bowl of chicken & Fish = 250 + 150 = 400

Dinner: Lobsters + 1 bowl of rice + 1 bowl of soup + 1/2 bowl of fried chicken = 300 + 250 + 200 + 150= 900

Total: 1650 calories..

The Good: I spent the evening dinning with my parents tonight to celebrate 4th of July with them. I find the meal very enjoyable! Plus, I got to eat lobsters today! :) haha. And.. I did my homework.. and kinda reivew for my upcoming midterm. Also, I went to the gym today. I’m very happy that I exercise and exercise, but dissapointed because I didn’t use my time wisely at the gym, and I didn’t feel like I was working “that hard”. (which is never a good sign)

The bad: WELL, it’s always the calories. I went overboard today, and it’s been 2 days in a row! However, because of the holiday spirit, I’m going to forgive myself and work harder in my workout .. or everything else that I do. Also, I would like to improve on my efficency skill when it comes to studying and exercising. I take forever to transition from one activity to another, and its really slowing down my progresses in the day.

Lastly, the midterm is in 2 days. I’m scared!! So, I’ll be studying.

In conclusion:

Overall, it could be a more progressive day. But, it wasn’t bad b/c of my loving parents! :)

Okay, today was a holiday.. and I had a party! :) So, I enjoy myself a little.. or a lot.. idk :) But it was totally worth it! :D

Breakfast: 1/2 sandwhich + 1/2 banana + 1 cup of strawberry + cereal = 300 calories

Lunch: 1/2 bowl of ramen + dumpling = 200 + 350

Snack: 1 sandwich + 1 sweet tea drinks = 210 + 200

Dinner: 3 chickwing + 2 slice of pizza ( 1 bacon + 1 pineapple)= 250 + 180 + 200= 630

Total: 1890-1900 Calories..

The Good: I LOVE toDAY! :)

The bad: WAY to much Calories.

The Reaction: Completely worth it. I’ll exercise tomorrow :)

Digital Update: 7/3/11

Here is my weekly update. I didn’t dress up today or anything. I have a midterm to study for so,  I wasn’t in the mood. I’ll make it up next week. However, I am proud that I did shed 1 lb this week! :)
