Healthy Living: Tea

So, instead of waking up in the morning with only 4 hours of sleep and jugging down a cup of coffee, today, I made my switched to black tea. To my surprise, it worked very well. It kept me awake mostly in my 8 o’clock Lecture, and 9 O’clock lecture. I threw away the full cup after the 9 o’clock lecture.

I wished I kept it though. Because, Well, I fell asleep in my 10 o’clock lecture and missed out a whole section on chp 7.1 inverse function. Gosh, but a least, I made my switch to black tea! :)
