Here it is! I’ve done a lot of research and decided to go with Jeff Galloway’s marathon training plan. However, mine is slightly adapted, adding in some elements from Hal Higdon’s plan.

KEY

  • 30 min = 30 minute run
  • XT = cross training (usually strength training)
  • MM = “Magic Mile
