Do you do any pilates?  I know it doesn't burn a lot of calories but it does do a lot to flatten your tummy and shape things up.  When I was in a good routine over the summer I'd add it in at least 2 days a week and it really helped.  It's also a good strech for muscles when you're lifting.

The bootcamp sounds like a "fun" idea.  I have also toyed around w/P90X.    My goal is to get below 200 by summer and then do it over the summer.  I know that even @ 230 pounds I'm in pretty good shape but I realize that I'm not ready for that kind of workout yet :)

Have a blast in Denver.  A good friend of mine lives there and I'm always so jealous of the pictures she sends.</description>

You know, my body is the same way, size wise--when I weighed between 160 and 170 I wore a size 10 and now at 150, I'm a size 8 and when I was 130 size 4 fell off of me--in a bad way! The number on the scale is only part of it, but a lot of it is reminding yourself that your perfect body is that of an athlete and that means treating your engine like a fine, high performance race car. I did the training and while I got some results, I didn't get the kind of results I was looking for until I started doing a boot camp class at my gym. I would investigate the boot camp class first, though, as a lot of them are more cardio than a mix of strength and endurance. I would also recommend you check into classes at your gym--spinning is crazy good; swimming is my new sport and if your looking to get really fit, that's what I would recommend. My torso, shoulders and back are looking a lot like Dana Torres (except I have more poundage and am shorter!)
Enjoy the weekend and yes, workout to balance those splurges.</description>
