Day 4 (Saturday)

Exercise: 45 minute walk (wanted to give my knee another day to rest)
Eating on plan: yes’m, even at a Mexican restaurant! Go me!
PT/Stretching: Check

Day 5 (Sunday)

Exercise: 5 MILES!!
