Thursday

lol. I really have nothing interesting to say today. Yesterday’s eating was good - had grilled hot Italian sausage and onions/peppers for dinner. I got home from work and tried to take a nap but maybe only napped for 15-20 minutes before DH got home. I told him to go running without me and I’d go in the evening, which (amazingly) I did end up doing. But it was starting to storm so after the first mile, I ran back through the neighborhood for a total of 2 miles. 1 mile and about 11 minutes shorter than my usual runs, but at least I got something in. I’d like to run again today, but we’ll see. My knee is hurting this morning so I may need to take it easy today. I’ve had two straight days of gains which is unusual -one I expected from not running/business dinner, but today’s gain I didn’t. Not that it’s a big deal - still down 1.2 lbs from last week so far so it’s still a loss! ;)

I really should just run on the treadmill at the gym tonight.

I slept better last night, although I gulped a few glasses of water before going to bed so I was up every hour from 10-12 going to the bathroom! After that I seemed to sleep ok. Still tired today though - I really just need the weekend to be here so I can catch up on sleep.

Time to find some coffee!
