Komen 3-day Training

I figured out a schedule for training fo the Komen 3-Day. I still haven’t signed up yet, but I figured I would train for a month and see how I feel. Really the only thing holding me back is Dave not doing it with me…grr! Oh well. Time to grow up and do some things on my own without the security of a husband!

The numbers are in miles. Yesterday I did strength training and a 3-mile walk, but today I’ll just do a 3-mile.
