- 175 lbs. by our one-year anniversary on 12/09/07
- 160 lbs by Valentine’s Day on 02/14/08
- 150 lbs by my 26th birthday on 05/18/08
- 130 lbs by our two-year anniversary on 12/09/08
On this plan, I only need to lose 1 lb per week. I’m sure I’ll lose more, but at least this way, I won’t get discouraged if I have a slow week, and it’s an extremely realistic plan.
