happy hump day….it’s almost done!
well the day is almost finished…at least the paid work day is. I do however need to spend another 3 hours on the newsletter for the store that I have been ..um..er….putting off for months! Slacker with a capital S! It would not have been so bad if we had more people contributing to the damned thing except for myself and another co-worker. they all want the newsletter because it is inforamtive and fun, yet no one wants to get off their bumz and help with it!!! Oh well…shuddup & put y our big girl panties on and deal with it right?
Today was another good day for no cheats…I am very happy with that. Not all my water in yet but I am working on that!I will have to have all of my protein in one meal, not the best but I was so far behind getting ready fo work that I grabbed salad, grapes and dressing and ran! Thank heavens I had left over steel cut oats in the fridge. I know, sounds icky but I like them like that..left over.

You’re over the hump, Lady! On the down side and rolling toward the weekend.
Good for you for going for the salad and grapes. It’s hard to stick to the plan when you’re running behind. I DETEST the food in our school cafeteria and yet, I can be tempted if I’ve forgotten to bring anything with me. On the bright side, the cafeteria now charges teachers $6.50 for a piece of mystery meat, some canned green beans, canned carrots, and a glass of iced tea. Makes it easier to avoid going down there because I’m just not paying that price for the kind of garbage you get.
