Lesson Learned: Hard hike (very sore) = delay in weight drop

Lesson Learned: YOU ARE POWERFUL. Mental lesson: Overcame mental block. Lesson learned is If I believe in myself, I can do anything.

October 8 (week 5) (october 9 one month mark)

Weight Lost: 16.2 (didn’t hit 270 goal)

Lesson Learned: Listen to your body. It’s okay to take a day off because you are tired. Giving your body rest is just as important as working it out. Knowing this is control.

October 9 (30 day mark)

Current Weight: 270.0!!!

Lesson Learned: If do squats after work out- will sweat more.

Current Weight: 266.6 (third day up in 266’s- Evil plateau. Started new Work out i.e. boxing, kettle bells, planks. We’ll see what happens)
