I don’t know if I can keep up with a blog every day but I’m going to try weekly. I want to get back to blogging because I’ve had the most success when I do. I’m sort of combining everything that has worked in the past into one monster plan. My first blog on here had to be over 5 years ago. Here I am now in college and 19 and all I can say is that I’m definitely fatter. So what do I think will be different this time? I’m not really sure yet. One thing that will be different is a $100 payout from Healthy Wage if I can really complete my goal. That’s added incentive for me as I do like money, especially essentially free money. I plan to start clean eating on Monday, January 6th. I also have a goal to start doing Zumba twice a week. Now I know the recommended amount of exercise in 30 minutes a day, but I don’t think that’s realistic for me right now so I’m not even going to try. I’d rather start things off slow and actually do it for more than a couple of weeks then start an intense program and fail. I think my weight is somewhere in the 230’s, I’ll know for sure on Monday and then I’ll be able to calculate how much I need to lose. I’m quite excited to be making this lifestyle change. I know it’s definitely going to be hard but it will be worth it in the end.
