Desserts for the Candida Diet can be tricky, as you need to cut out all types of sugar, yeast, refined grains, white flour products, cured and smoked products, fermented products, tea, coffee, milk products, mushrooms and peanut products. Candida can get out of control from too many antibiotics, stress, hormonal imbalances and poor nutrition.
There are many foods that you can still enjoy if trying to follow the Candida Diet. Some of the foods are onions, garlic, fresh vegetables, rice cakes, soy products, fresh nuts and seeds, water, brown rice, whole wheat flour, oats, unprocessed or organic meats and fish, eggs and beans.
Here are three tasty desserts you will want to try on the Candida Diet:
This pudding is so simple and easy to make; you can whip it up in a flash. Since it does not contain any yeast products, you can enjoy it without the guilty feelings.
