Only 90 calories & no fat for two tbsp, and it has a great taste. 90 calories isn't too much to give up, is it? Caramel is not their only product. They have salad dressings, chocolate, marshmallow and even peanut butter...all zero calories. The way I see this, while trying to lose my weight, I could make beleive these are the real things.I just signed joined the Smart For Life program and noticed they have all the Walden Farm product line in the center for their patients while losing the weight. They also carry an array of their own, Smart For Life, organic gourmet marinades as well.
