In the past if you suffered from asthma doctors would advise you not to mix asthma and exercise. This is because they believed that exercise would aggravate your asthma and bring on an asthma attack. Now researchers have discovered that if you have asthma you can still exercise on a regular basis. Listed below are three benefits of mixing asthma and exercise.
