Bridal Bootcamp Diet Recommended Food List

The Bridal Bootcamp is a new diet devised by the Fitness Director at Gold’s Gym in New York, Cynthia Conde. Like the name suggests, this diet has been devised for brides-to-be who want to shed some extra weight before their big day.  

The diet consists of an exercise regime to burn those calories and can be taken over time periods ranging from 4 weeks to six months. In this article, we'll look at some of the foods that you are recommended to eat if you decide to embark on this plan.

Greens

Your mom always told you to eat your greens, and she was right! Green vegetables are a powerhouse of nutrients in almost every form. As a general guide, the darker green the color of a particular veggie, the better it is for you. Iceberg lettuce, for example, has only a fraction of the nutritional value of spinach.  

Some good quality greens to eat on the Bridal Bootcamp diet can include:

Starchy Vegetables

Starches in foods make you feel full and can also provide much needed energy when undertaking an intense regimen like the Bridal Bootcamp.
