Bridal Bootcamp Diet: 4 Quick Breakfast Ideas

The Bridal Bootcamp Diet, created by Cynthia Conde, is designed for women to help them get in shape for their wedding. The diet focuses on a workout plan that aids women to tighten and tone the areas that are most emphasized when in a wedding dress. This Bridal Bootcamp Diet has three different options, the six-month, the three-month and the four-week regime. The meal plans vary depending on the bride, ranging from 1300 to 1500 to 1900 calorie a day meal plans. Conde has designed the meal plans to include a ratio of 50% carbohydrate, 30% fats and 20% protein. This is consumed by eating five small meals a day.
