Q: What exercise equipment would you recommend for someone with little space and less than $200 to spend?
A: You don't need much to have a great workout program. PUSH is a wonderful program and only costs $25.00 a month. You get strength and cardio workouts and you don't need any equipment. Another route to go is to get a few levels of exercise bands and a nice pair of training shoes. You can use the bands for various strength routines (most come with a guide) and the shoes for some good power walking--simple, easy, and effective.
