5 Gluten Free Snacks for Pregnant Women

Being pregnant is an exciting time in a woman’s life but if the woman has a gluten allergy, snacking can be a little bit tricky. Gluten free snacks do not contain any amount of gluten cereals in them. Gluten cereals can be in products made from wheat, barley, rye and triticale. A person with this type of allergy needs to be aware that gluten can also be in additives in the foods they consume.
