Grilled Fish with Vegetables
This dish can be cooked inside or out on the grill for a great family barbeque.
Choose your favorite type of fish and vegetables. Cut your vegetables up and then season the fish and veggies with salt, pepper, lemon pepper, and the rest of your favorite seasonings. Then place the fish and vegetables on the grill or in a pan to cook. It will not take long to cook the fish and you will want the veggies to have a crisp texture to them. After it’s all cooked, try squeezing fresh lemon over the top of it to add a little extra zest.
Chicken Stir Fry with Vegetables and Rice
Cut up chicken breasts into small bite-sized pieces. Then cut up your favorite vegetables into the same sized pieces. Warm up a frying pan or wok with 1 or 2 tablespoons of olive oil. When the pan is warmed, place the chicken and vegetables in, stirring frequently until the chicken is cooked thoroughly. This will take approximately 10 to 12 minutes. While that is cooking, cook some brown rice. Then when everything is done, place the chicken and vegetables over the rice. If you want you can sprinkle a small amount of low-sodium soy sauce for extra flavor.
Ground Beef with Green Beans
Take one pound of ground beef and brown it. While you are doing this, steam the green beans. Then after everything is cooked, mix the ground beef and vegetables in a bowl and sprinkle with a small amount of olive oil. You can add salt, pepper and other seasonings if desired. Serve immediately for the best flavor.

This is a great breakfast meal. It is easy to prepare and everyone will enjoy it.
Wash, peel, and slice potatoes. Then place them into a pan a fry until tender. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Slice or dice the peppers. Then combine the eggs and peppers with the potatoes until the eggs are cooked. Then enjoy.
