1. Penicillin

2. Baytril

Baytril is another antibiotic drug which is given to turkeys and chickens for infections such as E. Coli. Due to modern farming techniques, many chickens are given this drug even if they don’t suffer from e. coli. Flocks of chickens are now very large. This means that if the infection is detected in a single chicken, the whole flock will receive the drug.

The drug is simply added to the drinking water to treat the whole flock. The drug has been approved by the FDA for over 6 years. This remains in the blood supply of the animal which can cause all sorts of problems in humans. Scientists and doctors have long argued that this drug helps similar drugs become less effective for human beings.

Thanks to this antibiotic being added to water, it has steadily increased the amount of bacteria which are resistant to these drugs.

3. Cipro

Cipro is a drug which is used to prevent and treat anthrax. This drug is also used in humans. By giving it to animals, the residue exposes humans to the antibiotic. This makes them much less successful in humans.
